A few extra pair of hands help out at the Yacht Pond
UPDATE: Due to nesting waterfowl and wildlife in the pond, this work will have to to be put on hold until Autumn where more improvements can be established.
More local volunteers turned up in March to clear leaves and other debris clogging up the 'Yacht Pond' on a cold spring day. FOPP members were very grateful for the extra helping hands.
A few empty mussel shells were found in the process of cleaning up which surprised a few of us.
